Reservation requests must be in writing and must be paid in advance in accordance with the deadline set by the Hotel for that purpose. - Reservations without the previous condition will automatically be canceled by the reservation system. Once the user completes the booking form, a credit card must be provided. The Hotel will receive the credit card number and will proceed to collect the payment in the following days. Unless the user specifies an installment number at the special request box, all paymenys will be taken in one (1) installment.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS IN HIGH AND LOW SEASON AND GROUPS FOR BOTH HIGH AND LOW SEASON
For cancellations or changes, each room reserved has been granted with a 30-day release prior to the guests arrival, without charge or additional cost. Reservations canceled between 29 to 14 days before the arrival will be charged with 50% of the value of the package booked, according to the number of people and the plan chosen. The cancellation of any of the rooms booked, done within the last 13 days before the arrival, will be charged with the full value of the reservation canceled, according to the number of people and plan booked.
In low Season, you can cancel without penalty up until 72 hours before the arrival. Cancelations made after this period of time will have to pay whole value of the first night based on the number of people, type of room and plan chosen.
Previous reservation and subject to availability. To guarantee the booking the payment of the plan reserved must be made in advance, once the reservation is confirmed.
Payment in advance: The payment can be made through a current account (attached bank account), or through Visa or Master Card virtual credit card, for which you will need an an authorization letter signed by the cardholder in which you specify the card number, name and identification number of the cardholder, expiration date and the amount authorized for the transaction, attaching a photocopy of the credit card and a photocopy of identity card of the cardholder.
NOTE: At Casablanca Hotel we will not receive guests with a reservation that is not fully paid. Before the guests arrival according to the date set for such purpose, the day of the confirmation of your request.
Check in is understood as the time of entry of the guest to the hotel room, which is set to start from 3:00 pm on day of arrival. An ID and credit card or deposit in cash are required when checking-in.
Check out is understood as the latest time to delivery of the room by the guest to the hotel on the day of departure, set to be at 12:00 p.m. In high season, the authorization for late check out subject to availability, and if available will have an extra cost.
If the reservation was made online (through the Hotel Casablanca's website) a cancellation request can be made with no penalty if: (a) the cancellation is made up to 10 days prior to arrival for the high season (b) the cancellation is made up to 3 days prior to arrival for the low season. Cancellations after the specified days will have a penalty fee which will be the equivalent to the first 2 nights. In case of No-Show, the 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Special requests cannot be guaranteed; they are subject to availability. Infants (2 years old or younger) stay for free. Not all sea view rooms have a balcony; the Hotel does not confirm a user's request for this type of room which is subject to availability.
